The Role

Reporting to the ANZ Retail Marketing Manager; retail and wholesale, you will assist across all retail marketing functions in Australia and New Zealand, with a focus on production, communication, visual merchandising as well as marketing administration, reporting and operations. This role is a Full Time 6-month contract maternity position.

Specifically, this role will include, but is not limited to:

• Assist in managing end-to-end activity for all DTC retail campaigns including briefing, production, guidelines, execution and reporting.
• Ensure DTC stores are facilitated with all required marketing needs on a day-to-day basis
• Engage centre marketing to promote DTC retail destinations, product launches & promotional activity.
• Train, review and update retail DTC teams on visual merchandising guidelines to ensure alignment with brand expectations
• Arrange and execute Wholesale accounts’ marketing campaigns
• Collation and distribution of all seasonal marketing assets to Wholesale Partners
• Maintain strong and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Preparation of marketing decks for sales, product and marketing purposes

About you

The successful candidate should possess the following experience:

• A degree in a marketing related field preferred
• Visual Merchandising experience in streetwear or fashion preferred
• Intermediate experience in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint essential
• Experience in print and retail production preferred
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the footwear and streetwear retail environment and culture.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisation skills and ability to work within a team
