About the role

As the Payroll Assistant, you will assist in all aspects of payroll ranging from setting up new staff into our payroll systems, processing payroll runs and periodic AUS & NZ payroll reconciliations.

• Assist in wage processing for all fortnightly and monthly staff payroll run, and maintenance of all payroll records.
• Ensure data integrity for accuracy and processes conducted within company policies.
• Assist in payroll systems
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of payroll data
• Maintain confidentially of payroll data
• Reporting to the Payroll Coordinator

About you 

• Interest in administration.
• Passionate about numbers, compliance and doing the right thing.
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all internal stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn
