About the Role

Reporting to the DTC Sales & Operations Manager this Regional Manager role will lead the day-to-day management of our five Queensland based retail stores.

Specifically, this role will include, but is not limited to:

• Lead successful achievement of store budgets, review weekly performance and continuously update store focuses to drive and achieve KPIs. Ensure wages are aligned to forecasts.
• Pivot with the dynamic retail environment by supporting stores and maximising opportunities. 
• Distribution of weekly scorecards based on your collated store visit schedule and feedback.
• Drive KPIs by engaging your managers and teams through consistent weekly catch ups.
• Work alongside the People & Culture team – across all facets of people; leadership, succession planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance reviews and learning & development.
• Partner with our planning, merchandise and marketing pillars to ensure all stores are appropriately stocked, in-store executions are up to date and align with new seasonal product and floorplans. Leading stock takes as required or directed.
• Store locations: Brisbane, Jindalee, Gold Coast and Cairns.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

• A love and passion for the Converse brand and a strong connection to the brand’s values: sustainability, diversity & inclusion and youth development.
• 3-5 year's Store Manager experience. Area Manager or Regional Manager experience preferred.
• A love for people and a desire to deliver an amazing people experience in our stores – for both team and customers.
• Confidence to challenge the status quo and be solution orientated in your approach. 
• Exposure to both outlet and first quality channels preferred.
• Knowledgeable of workplace laws & regulations and experience in leading employee relations matters on the ground.
• Experience working with global brands and directives.
• A want to ‘Make the Play’ every day.
